We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria:

- It should have all tags attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
Requesting a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at info@holywaterswimwear.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including items on sale, discount, or promotion.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, you will need to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. Shipping expenses for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning items.
